Frequently Asked Questions
How does PawArt work?
Upload your pet’s photo, choose your preferred style and size, and we’ll use our AI engine to generate a one-of-a-kind, unqiue portrait. You’ll receive a preview to approve before anything is printed.
Can I see my artwork before it gets printed?
Yes! You’ll receive a preview of your AI-generated portrait by email. We only print and ship once you’ve approved it.
When will I receive my artwork?
Digital downloads are typically sent within 5 minutes. For prints, we ship within 24–48 hours after your approval.
Can I have more than one pet on one picture?
Of course, you're uploaded image will be used in the generation process. If you'd like a multi-pet piece, please upload a photo of your pets together in the same image.
What if I don't like my artwork?
If you’re not satisfied we will put it right, just reach out to us for revisions or changes.
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
Most clear, well-lit photos taken at eye level will work great. Avoid blurry, far away or dark images. Please note: Any background elements or specific details in the original image may also show in the generated image.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
You’ll always receive a preview before we print. If you're not happy, we’ll sort it — your satisfaction comes first.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes! We ship globally from our UK studio. Shipping is free but delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Pretty sure this place is a scam I ordered 2 digital prints probably months ago now and iv been sent the thing to review them but not the actual pictures avoid this place like the plague
DID NOT RECEIVE ! wrote multiple emails and responded to this - waste of money do not buy.
Just send my order which I had paid for and respond to complaint. Thanks
My order never arrived and I received zero follow up from customer support. My emails started to get no responses and I ended up having to report the order as fraud to my bank so I did not get charged for something I never received.
I can't review something I did not receive
Didn't receive digital download and no response when I chased the order. I believe this is a scam
I ordered as a christmas present abd never recieved
Never received, no contact option except email and no replies to multiple emails. Now getting emails to review but can't because I paid for 2 portraits that were supposed to be Christmas presents and never received them. Please just refund now
It was nothing like my actual dog picture. In fact it was a complete con
Once ordered and paid for I never heard from this company again. I didn’t receive my item and I had to go through PayPal to get a refund. Would never use again or recommend.
